• Hello,

On my website I’ve got a page called ‘Blog’ which uses the theme’s shortcode functionality to display posts from all categories except ‘News’. The theme uses Breadcrumbs NavXT to display breadcrumbs. I’ve also added an extension to the plugin which allows for a post to have a page set as its parent. Thus all my ‘Blog’ publications are children of the ‘Blog’ page – and it shows in the breadcrumbs.

However, right now the permalinks structure is site.com/%category%/%postname$. Is there a way to add ‘/blog/’ in the URL of those posts which belong to the blog?

It’s important to note that there are other publications which belong to a separate category called ‘News’ which, although technically still blog posts, I do not want to appear under the site’s ‘Blog’ page.

Is this possible and how could I best achieve it? It doesn’t have to be completely automatic (i.e. I”m willing to tweak some php, manually add custom fields or something like this per post, etc.)

    Thank you!
