Add custom shipping method

    Hi,

    I have added custom shipping method, Bus Terminal into woo-commence shipping method along with flat rate, free shipping, local pickup. It show in woo-commence but it does not show in WCFM shipping method.

    I have premium account but your support is suck. We have to wait for 7 to 10 days to get answer, do you check this or that setting. Then never reply back.

    Product is good but support is suck.
