Add Custom icon which is not in the list

I need to insert a custom icon which is not listed in the built-in ones, in the page listed above.
This is to point to a page within the website (www.finaqe.com/interviews) to showcase the LIVE interviews which my CEO has attended. An icon which represent interviews (e.g. microphone) is sufficient. Or can we do a text link?
Please let me know how to do so.

There are a few ways to do it:
1. Add field type: Image Hyperlink with Caption.
You can have any image or icon and hyperlink it.2. Add field type: Icon Font with Links
Similar options (image hyperlinks). You do not have to create an image but Font Awesome is required (free version is OK).
3. Use field type Social Media Icons & Links.
Currently microphone icon is not available. We can create and add a custom icon as long as it’s included in Font Awesome set of icons. Please be aware you have to be registered user of Staff List Pro to request a custom icon.
