As you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.
Have you bought the theme ? Because from what i see, the theme already has a footer..
you can use the zone manager widget (zoninator) to create a zone widget and then place any content/links/ forms in that particular zone..for instance here in the footer..Check it out…
