add custom fields in checkout and user detail area

Hello All,

I would like to add new field in user details and shipping billing area (checkout page) under Surname field. Of course these field should seen in User detail wp-admin page and email notifications. How can I do that?

I checked before and found this article: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/

It is Works only add custom field end of page and add email and order information. This is not enough. What is different of my question, I would also add user information and see the new field information in that place (WP Admin > Users > All Users> Click some one user > see all fields like address, phones, name, surname…….new field)
