Hi thaks for your reply, I’ve seen the video but I can’t figure it out, it doesn’t explain how to make the hook and wc_email_order_meta work, I already did the drag and drop for the web hook element in the email template but I don’t know how to make my custom fields appear on that spot (I’m using Quadlayers Checkout Manager for WooCommerce plugin for cutomizing chekout fields) I’m sure I’m missing a step here. Thanks for your help.

    regards

    Hi,

I checked with Quadlayers Checkout Manager for WooCommerce plugin, actually the email content of this plugin doesn’t include in WooCommerce default email as well. You can deactivate our plugin and check woocommerce default email. You can change to use other checkout field plugins that are compatible with woocommerce default email, so it will be work with our plugin, too.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

I have the same issue, but in my case, if I disable the email template customizer, the fields are shown using woocommerce default email templates.
