Hi,
Could you please tell me if it is possible to add Custom fields with Star ratings in front-end form and back-end admin (with php) ?

Yes, star ratings can be added to the form.

That’s so great, I am so impressed !!
I installed it and created form, display and slider in 30 minutes.
Now all, I have to custom CSS.
