• Hello Simon,

I want to use the Slide Anything carousel slides as containers for content which I put into the slides later, after DOM is loaded. While I configure the slides I don’t know the width of the content. Is there a way to adjust the slide width (including the horizontal alignment / the horizontal translation) afterwards, when DOM is already loaded?

    Best regards,
    Johnny

No this is not possible – the width of the slides is calculated based on the responsive settings you specify under “Items Displayed“. So if you set 4 slides to display on desktops, slide width will automatically be adjusted (on page load & window resize events) to be be 25% of the screen width. If you set 3 slides to display on tablets, then slides are calculated to be 33.33% of screen width on all tablet devices etc…

    Hello Simon,

Thanks for your fast reply. Now I realized how it works and I was able to setup the slider correctly.

But I still try to realize a slider/carousel, where the “neighbour slides” are slightly visible on the left and right side. I tried to set the Showcase width to less than 100%, but this seems to be denied.

Is it possible to create something like this with Slide Anything?
See picture of an example below:

Thanks for your great support and best regards,
    Johnny
