From what I know, you will have to do some custom coding and some combination of plugins like this one which will allow you to add extra profile fields to the customer profile. Now, in order to show them on the customer list, you could use this plugin and have it edited in order to show the Company name. Please note that this will require some coding.

While I am adept at PHP and such, I would greatly prefer a plugin that already has it in there. I would like to be able to search on a company name field, sort on it, etc. I will reach out to the bestwebsoft folks and see if their plugin supports what I want to do. I am hoping someone knows of one that does it though.
