Add code to blog template

    I joined a log community that needs me to add a code to my blog template. I use the WP theme” D’Computers 1.0 by D'”. Which php file I need to insert the code to? Is that the page.php?
    By the way, I was told to insert the code to between the open <body> and close <body>tag.
