Add class="button action" to submit buttons to match WordPress styling

I just installed Peter’s Collaboration E-mails plugin.

The settings page uses the default styling for the submit buttons.

I created a patch to add class=”button action” to them to style them like the buttons elsewhere in WordPress admin area.
