    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Our plugin does not have any feature to add notes for a download. I would suggest using the main content area to add any details about your changes.

    And then you can use the following shortcode to display the post content.

    [download_data id="10" data="post_content"]

    A per Version patch notes firld would be a good feature
