Add category as page

Hello, I have a site @ http://www.digitalplantdesign.com/jobs

I am trying to add categories as pages as shown in the link below on the Piping Designers page. When I put the appropriate code in the page.php file – only one item shows up. Do I have to put the code inside the loop?
