Add Categories to navigation bar

    I have created categories that have sub categories link this

    Windows Operating Systems
    Windows XP
    Windows Vista
    Windows 7
    etc

    I would like to add a link to my main navigation bar to the Main category Windows Operating Systems so it shows all the posts.
