Add Captcha to a Registration Page

I have a registration form via a pop up window that has the bws captcha working beautifully. But there is also a registration page and I cannot get the captcha to show up at all. I saw a forum about a year ago and inserted all the codes mentioned but with no luck. the url I need the captcha in is mimaryj.com/register also for more info, this page has a shortcode on it that puts the register form on that page it’s tevolution_register. I’m using directory 2.0 from templatic’s tevolution theme.
