Add button to enable / disabled cache

    Hello, I’m french.

    I want add in admin bar a button which enabled or disabled the cache.
    For update the site, i need to clear cache several time, it’s not convenient.
    I want disable the cache, update my site and control it without clear cache. when it’ok i enable again the cache.

    Have-you got some tracks to give me ?
    Can you think is possible to add it in your futur update ?
