Add browser tab title- without site title (5 posts)

    Hi!

I don't want to use the site title that wordpress has, I just have a header in. But, I still want the browser tab to display the site name, or even the address. Right now it's just blank, as I have the site title and tagline off. Can I add this somehow without using those?

    Thanks a million!

I think Yoast plugin allows you to modify titles for certain pages.

you could hide the site title and tagline from showing in the header, using css; or remove the corresponding code.

#site-title and #site-description would be the corresponding css selectors in your theme.

Thanks guys! I can't find the code? It's not in the header.php. Any idea where that might be?And, then should I just delete that code, but still add the title through the dashboard settings?
