    Hello guys!

    So I would like to add multiple bots based on the website’s language. So I have 3 bots: Greek, German. English. I would like to add each of them to every language edition of my website. Website versions are separated with a /en and /de at the end of the URL.

    Is there a way I can tell the bot to enable itself based on the language?

    Hi @stavrospet,

    This is possible with the multi-bot add-on, which is a premium add-on that I’m not allowed to provide support for here.

    With that being said, the chatbot can, by default, speak in any language of the user. Simply add this in your AI behavior section to “respond to any query in thr exact language of the user”. If you wanted the entire UI to be in different languages that would require the add-on.

    Hey!

    You can either use the support ticket option on MxChat, or the contact button at the bottom, or when logged in you can visit the forums section for pro add-ons!
