add blank page to url

    Hi
    Have loaded wordpress and theme to host. all works OK
    would like to be able to add a page to the site that is not word press.
    A basic html page.
    Do not need to navigate to it from the word press site but just to be able to type the url into a browser and go to that page that is hanging of the same domain name as the wordpress site

    I want to do this as i want to be able to load a completely white (or Black) page with embedded video

    any advice appreciated
