 * I am creating a registration form for a pet relocate . I am looking for a way
   that people can enter their registration information and then have an “Add another
   pet” option so that they only have to fill the form out once for all of their
   pets. Is there an easy way of doing this?

 * Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available directly
   in the Contact Form 7 plugin.
 * It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled 
   at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.
 * Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including [Gravity Forms](http://www.gravityforms.com/)
   and [Ninja Forms](http://wpninjas.com/).
