Add All Courses Option to Create Group Action

    The current Create Group Action from AutomatorWP and Learndash Integration only allows 1 course to be selected in the group creation options. Please add an option to add “All Courses” or at least an option to add multiple courses at a time.

    What I want to happen is after an automation is triggered, a new group that contains “all courses” will be created.

    Another option that I also request is to make it possible that a group can still be created even if the user does not have the “group leader” role. What I want to happen is after an automation is triggered a new group is created and the user that triggered the automation will just become a member of the group.
