Add a 'regular' page rather than "Columns", "Banner", or "Gallery

    In the Make theme, when you select Pages -> Add New, you are presented with three options: “Columns”, “Banner”, and “Gallery”. Other than by choosing one of these options I don’t see how I can add content. The problem with using the formats is that the ’empty’ elements still take up space.

    Is there a way to create a ‘regular’ page, not in one of these formats?

    You can set up a Columns section, then use the options tab to change the column count to 1. That, in effect, creates a single, regular page.

    Thanks for your reply; indeed changing the number of columns to 1 makes it like a regular page.
