Add a new language without RTL functionality

    Hi,

    I would like to create a second RTL (hebrew, arabic) language in wordpress, which will be upgrade proof, and will not use the RTL style sheet.
    At the end I would like to have:

    1. Hebrew/Arabic (standard-RTL-from the wordpress bank of languages)
    2. Hebrew/Arabic_non_RTL (same as above but without the forced RTL use)
