Hi @pawelszroeder
Thanks for reaching out.
Just to confirm, were you able to successfully add your additional fields? Keep in mind that the snippet will only work if the additional field you’re trying to display actually exists.
If you’ve already added the fields but they still aren’t showing, I recommend opening a Support Ticket on our Help Desk for further assistance. Since this is a premium feature, we’re unable to provide support in this forum due to WordPress Forum Guidelines.

I get it, but you need to update your snippet in documentation, it just doesn’t work, not only for me 😉
Hi @pawelszroeder ,
Thank you for your message.
Would you be able to share information as to whether you are using Tickets Commerce, the e-commerce solutions that ships with Event Tickets, or WooCommerce?

It is not working with RSVP and also with tickets and Woo. Value from fields are saved and I can see it when I click details of user, but columns are empty. The latest version of WP, Woo and your plugin.
Hi @pawelszroeder ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
I just tested the code snippet, and I can see it working on my end, provided that I labeled the custom ticket field (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTnD1Inhyyp) exactly as the example (in this case, “Company”). If you have a different label for your custom ticket registration field, the code snippet may need to be modified to work. In such a case, I highly advise opening a Support Ticket on our Help Desk to better assist you and us in adhering to the WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users.
