Add a couple of options

Nice plugin. I would like to have the 3 following features in tooltips:

1- don’t show seconds in start time (ex 13:00:00 should display 13:00)
2- make “Map” and “Add to google calendar” translatable
3- add the option to disable showing “Map” and “Add to google calendar” and/or add custom css classes to hide them
