I’m not sure what your question is. You can add archive-portfolio.php to your theme, and customise it per the rest of your theme to add in or adjust content.
If I add the_content() in archive-portfolio.php I recived the last the_content()of my portfolio element.
How can i use the_content() “or anything else” to add some custom text?

You can just added the HTML text to the file itself. No PHP needed.
