 * Using WordPress how can we ‘Add a Comment’ field for postings located at the 
   bottom of an article located on the web site.

 * This usually works that way by default, that is to say, if you mean that the 
   comment field is below the _single view_ of a post. If you have a theme that 
   for some reason left out the comments code, just have a peek at the default theme(
   index.php and single.php).
