With the premium templates extension you can add this via the settings with the custom block feature.

Hi Frenkie,
If you follow the link from the answer above you’ll see this is possible in the free version too, the Professional extension and/or Premium templates just make it easier.

As mentioned in the same post, the messages are stored as a custom field in the order: _gift_wrap_notes.
