Adapt theme and sliders/varying images on portfolio pages

  • I am very new to wordpress, but have been struggling with this for a while. I am using the Adapt Theme and the links from portfolio pages are simple not working.

    1. The arrows are present but are not filtering through any images (like a slider should). The only slider seems to go on the home page and I cannot add sliders anywhere else.

    2. I am able to upload images, set a featured image, but it does not actually set the featured image as a larger image. It only shows the thumbnails.

    3. Also, everything is stuck to the right side of the page and I don’t understand why it won’t simply populate in the center of the page. Apparently there are two columns in the theme?

I am looking for a solution that will help me across the board so that I don’t have to edit php in each page.

    Please help.

Here is one of my pages where the sideshow popped in, but is not something that I put there (and everything is stuck to the right): here

    blank arrows: here

I want it to look more like this (but maybe with visible thumbnails, too: here

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

  • This is another weird page. The image on the Left is not in my code. I would love to have the page set up as such, but where the thumbnails would change what the large image on the left looks like. Is this possible.

    here

    THANKS AGAIN!
