I just started using this plugin and really like it.
I’ve installed it on two other websites with zero issues. I finally added it to my own website and the menu is not showing up. Technically, it shows up after you click the wheelchair icon, but all it has is one button “Close” (which is functional)
All the other buttons or options do not show up.

My website uses the same plugin version and the same options selected as my other two sites that are working just fine.

Are there any known issues with plugin compatibility?
All three sites use Divi Theme and most of the same plugins.
None of the websites are commerce-enabled.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
please uninstall the plugin and install it again.

    Thanks.

    Hello Alex.
Is a fix in the works so that uninstalling, reinstalling and re-setup isn’t required as the solution? The randomness of the plugin working/not working, and the time involved correcting it is not scalable.

    Thank you,
    Dana

This seems to be the go-to answer when plugins fail. I did uninstall and reinstall and it worked. This isn’t the only plugin that suggested an uninstall/reinstall to “fix” the issue. Good luck, Dana.

Thank you for your response, Michelle. The “fix” worked for me as well, however that’s not a true solution. I have had to do this on a couple sites more than once.

Well, it is probably happens because you transfer you website from one server to another?
