Hi – I just discovered that the latest version of the plugin (3.5.5) displays an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) error when using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool, specifically an empty form label apparently for the close button.
I reinstalled an older version (3.5.3) and the error disappears. I also notice that the close button does not appear properly on the latest version.
Many of my websites are required by law to be ADA compliant so I have replaced 3.5.5 with the older 3.5.3 version already but hope to see this fixed in the next version.
Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled and where you are experiencing a problem so that our Development Team can check out the case and help you accordingly.
I cannot provide you a link because I have rolled back the plugin on ALL of my websites due to this problem. If it is no longer ADA compliant on my websites I know it is not compliant on others so you should be able to figure it out. As I said, the earlier version IS compliant but the newer is not.
I want to mention, that our Development Team needs to check the case visually to understand the reason for the problem and the ways to solve it.
So, please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.
Please either install the latest version of the plugin on your website and provide us with the link or create/ provide a staging site/link with the problem you are experiencing so that we can check the case and help you accordingly.
Please provide us with a more in detail description of the error you got by sending us screenshots.
Please let us know via which plugin you got the error (with screenshots).
I have the latest version of Popup Box 3.5.7 installed on a development site – https://demo3.gtswebs.com. This version also shows the ADA error as you can see in the two screenshots I’m attaching.
As I mentioned in my first message, this error is not present in the earlier version 3.5.3. Thanks!
We are thrilled that you loved your experience; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day.
Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

Jasmine, it is EXACTLY THE SAME as the error in the earlier entries of this thread. Just look back at the previous entries and pictures – it is the same.
You guys fixed the ADA error but then reintroduced it.

I want to mention, that we haven’t made any changes connected to this case in the latest version of the plugin (v.3.6.0). The label was printed empty due to which you were experiencing this problem before. Now, it is not empty, there is an image in it.
So, please answer the 1st and 4th questions and let us know what changes you have made in the popup within the last few days so that we can help you solve the problem.
