 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * The Ad Server Placement will not work in HTML emails. 
   If you want to use Advanced
   Ads to also place ads in your emails, I suggest a solution where you [create your newsletter also inside WordPress](https://wpadvancedads.com/mailpoet-newsletters/).

 * Hi Paul,
 * I tried [the Acymailing plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/acymailing/) and
   found that it does not work with our shortcodes. After contacting their support,
   they looked into it, found the issue, and promised to fix this with the next 
   release.
 * So using a version higher than **8.2.0** it should be possible to send out emails
   with posts as content and using Advanced Ads ad and placement shortcodes inside.
