    Since the time I have updated the plugin to 2.6.10, it is now showing me blocks on the admin panel which means I cannot edit them.

    The ads which are already placed are showing as it is.

    I have erased my cache memory and tried to access it with both firefox and Chrome but the same issue.

    There is no option to attach a screenshot, otherwise, I would have attached it.

  • 2.6.10 ver update failed and cause my site to go on maintenance mode.
    For your info update worked on standard unix server but not on NGINX

    can you please try to reinstall from the file:
    https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/ad-inserter.zip

    You can also try to install the previous version:
    https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/ad-inserter.2.6.9.zip

    I installed ver 2.6.10 from the zip, it’s working but I did not find where to type my license key ???

    Free version has no license key.
    If you are using the Pro version I suggest to contact their support.

    I retried automatic update and I got this error message:

    This indicates that Cloudflare was not able to get the page from your web server.

    Yes, but the site is working and I do not have any other issue…
    The problem is that each time I try to update to ver 2.6.10 I get this error: Une mise à jour automatique de WordPress a échoué en cours de route ; vous pouvez tenter de la relancer.

    Could you send me the pro version 2.6.10 .zip to my email address ?

    This may indicate an issue with your WP installation or web server.
    I would suggest to contact your hosting company to investigate.

    For pro plugin please contact their support.
    They will be able to provide the file.
    Here we can help with only with the free version.

    Hi, I tried both the plugins you shared with me, but the problem is still the same.
    I deactivated all other plugins to see if there is a conflict with the other plugins, but it is showing me the same problem.
    The problem is that the plugin is not showing me blocks on the admin panel which means that I cannot edit anything inside.

    Is there a way I can share with you a screenshot so that you can have a better idea?

    Usually this indicates some javascript issue or conflict with the theme (or some other plugin).

    Check console in the browser for any error or warning messages.

    Hi, there is no error in Google Search Console. The issue is that I am using the same theme in another website where your plugin is working absolutely fine. Is there a way I can send you a screenshot? I believe you can figure it out once you view it.

    Not sure how Google Search Console can help. I understand you have issues with the settings page? You need to check javascript console in the browser.

    You can attach screenshot here.

    Maybe you don’t hava the same plugins installed. Try to disable them to see the difference.
