I am trying to add a 238×238 ad place holder in the category page sidebar. I activated ad inserter in widget primary side bar but it is still not displaying.

Also, I did find the ad on individual category pages. But not on the news page.

is archive page and block 3 is not enabled on archive pages.

You can use debugging functions to check page:
http://indywrestling.raykingcreative.com/news/?ai-debug-blocks=0
