Ad codes being stripped

I am using a theme called Gray and Square, and I love it for what it is worth, but it is stripping out my ad code and I can’t for the life of me figure out why. I have tried using plugins to insert the code, and have even hard coded it in to the php file, but it will not display. You can see the stripped version in my page source. When I switch to other themes it works fine. Any help anyone can give would be so much appreciated.
