# AD can’t work

    I already link my Adsense account, but when I press “Get ad code from your
   linked account” It’s says “invalid response while retrieving adUnits list for“
   pub-8482604171675050″”
 * Can you help me to solve this problem?

 * thanks for reaching out.
 * This error appears when Advanced Ads didn’t find ads in your AdSense account.
   
   Do you know if you created ads in your AdSense account before and if you did,
   are they “active”?
 * I admit that this warning could be more user friendly and will definitely work
   on that!

    I had active auto ad, and it’s only appear in mobile not
   in the desktop website.

 * Hi fredhsieh,
 * Auto ads allow AdSense to place ads where they see fit. It normally starts with
   just a few positions. They slowly try to understand your site.
 * It is quite normal for them to start on mobile or desktop only and that shouldn’t
   worry you. If they started showing ads then it will only be a couple of days 
   until desktop follows.
