Ad blocker in browser blocks the icons

Hi,

Nice plugin!

But i was wondering why the share icons don’t show up. Then i found out that the very common ad blockers in FF and Chrome blocks the icons to show up. You only see the “Share this :-)” button that directs to your site. Many people are using ad blockers in their browser. Can this be fixed?
