Ad area in sidebar -widget for this?

I am using a 3 column theme (cutline). I would like to use the right sidebar as an area for a few ads. I have made the ads myself , they are 150 x 150 in size. I need to have it where people could click on them and then go to the ad’s website.

Is there a widget that could do this? I saw a few for google and adsense (which I am not using), but I will have the ads on my own webspace.
