    Greetings all!

    A month ago, more or less, I had set up a manual ad with the Advanced Ads plugin (link above).

    The ad was an AdSense Display, Responsive ad unit.

    I set it up to appear in several places throughout my content and it seemed to appear normally.

    Today (more than a month later) I realized that despite the fact that the ad unit appeared normally exactly according to my placements, it hasn’t received a single click or impression.

    This is 100% impossible because first of all, I am receiving 800-1000 visits daily.

    Secondly, I have also set up Google Auto again using the Advanced Ads plugin and they seem to work normally, receiving impressions, clicks, and earnings.

    A few days ago I created a completely new Display 300×250 ad unit and again, despite appearing normally on my website, it doesn’t seem to receive any impressions or clicks whatsoever.

    I checked the Slot ID and the Publisher ID and they are 100% correct.

    It feels like Advanced Ads doesn’t recognize the clicks and impressions my ads receive…

    Any ideas on what might be happening and how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It feels like Advanced Ads doesn’t recognize the clicks and impressions my ads receive…

    If you are tracking your ads with Advanced Ads please reach out through customer support so that I can assist you there.

    If not then the complete impressions and click tracking is done by AdSense and beyond our influence.

    One thing you can try is placing the AdSense ad code manually as an HTML sidebar widget to test if Advanced Ads somehow interferes with the tracking.
