Actually I do not know how to add manager to my checkout page

is it only my problem of this?
I install followed each steps and it locates in my dashboard,but I can not insert any of new form to my woo-commerce checkout-page,that is same like before installation.

I just checked the support page and did not find any help documents,maybe I am not carefully.

but who can help me for telling how to insert the manage setting into my checkout page?
