Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I tried both creating a new php file and adding the snippet with no luck so I also tried the plugin option with no results on fixing my issue 🙁

    Hello @zendomotorsportclub

    Sorry for delay.

Can you please disable Jetpack plugin on your website and then test to post a link again?

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

Thank you. I tried simply deactivating Jetpack and test. Same issue. 2nd I deactivated Jetpack and added the snippet. Same issue. Tried different website links and all still have this issue.

    Hello @zendomotorsportclub

You need to post new URL as the fix can not applied to the existing post. It only applied to the new post.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello @zendomotorsportclub

    Please follow these steps:

    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

Once you already disable all of non BP and Youzify plugin and switch the theme to default WP theme, please try post a new link again to the activity stream.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

Played around with PHP version just to make sure and 7.4 seems to be the one to stick with.

I went back in and added the snippet.

Started deactivating plugins. My issues went away. Started turning plugins back on and testing. I ended up turning them all back on and my issue was still gone.

In conclusion I feel adding the snippet helped and simply turning off all the plugins and turning them back on resolved the issue.

In the past I installed a bad plugin and it corrupted my website. I deleted that plugin but the site still had problems. By simply deactivating and reactivating it resolved the issue.

Thank you for all your help on this subject.

    Hello @zendomotorsportclub

Sorry, can you calrify please? Have you solved this issue? Was it happened because conflict with another plugin or with the PHP version?

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
