• The program seemed decent enough on the demo that we bought the lifetime for it. After settling in to get to know the program, I’ve run into a number of issues such as:

    Certain results not being visible when looking at individual results
    Saving only working for the first few survey sections and/or survey questions
    Occasional issues with adding bulk answers to the wrong part of the survey

    I’d love to be able to keep using the plugin, but it can’t even save a survey properly. I kept having to save after each edit to see if it would work or not. After a while of semi frequent faults in the saves, it began to not save any new changes at all. It would still let me know it saved, but it didn’t actually.

    I am currently in contact with support over this last issue, and if it cannot be resolved, then I will not be able to continue using this plugin in any manner.

    Consistently problematic with use of surveys. Duplicated surveys glitch to keep old survey title, limits are made on number of questions before survey stops saving questions. Even after investing so much time into using these surveys, we may need to look into other options because this plugin is close to unusable for anything more than asking someone’s first and last name.

    We do not use many other plugins, and the ones that we do use would have little to no interactions with this one. I have tried to contact support but there is no simple or easy way to reach anyone directly. We have essentially given up on actually getting anything done in a reasonable time as a simple survey goes from taking 15 minutes to nearly an hour trying to solve the issues that were never solved by the minimal troubleshooting suggestions given by support. I would not recommend this plugin to anyone who hopes to get anything done.
