# Active visitors

 * Everytime when I open the dashboard, there are 5 active visitors, but actually,
   no one at all.
 * Is this a bug? How to fix the issue?

 * Once a user connects to your site, you’re supposed to see a single visitor on
   your dashboard. When the user disconnects, it will take up to a few minutes for
   that visitor to disappear from the list. It takes a while for the websocket session
   to expire and this is expected.
 * In the big upcoming version we’re going to be releasing in the next few weeks,
   we’ve improved this part quite a bit so it’ll be more accurate and responsive
   than before.
