Hi @pdean the /run page has an ID of 1215, and if this page exists it would likely be editable here:
http://mountaingoattrail.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=1215&action=edit
If it does exist, you can delete it.
Otherwise, this is likely a caching issue, which means there’s a plugin that makes an optimized saved version of your site to make it faster for users and you would need to find a way to clear the cache, likely in a settings page for a caching plugin or by text that says “clear cache” in the top of the WordPress admin menu. Could you check for something like that?

Thanks, @zackkrida — I should clarify that I want to add /run to my menu etc. Hopefully clearing the cache will let me do this?…
