The current WP Activation email is VERY spam unfriendly, and more often than not ends up in spam folders.

Please let there be an activation link setting in the near future for this plugin! It is perfect besides the fact that it doesn’t have an activation link.

I’m finding this really necessary more and more often, and not well documented anywhere. I don’t want to change my ms-functions file. It would be nice if there was a plugin capable.
According to the developer,
This is for editing the emails as opposed to changing site functionality.
But we’re still looking forward on adding an activation/ confirmation link.
