Activating Pop up at a specific time

Hi
I have a request/question.
My client wants to do a midnight sale.
And he wants to do it from 00:01 AM till 05:00 AM with a pop up to display the info about the midnight sale during that time.

So for example
He has his normal pop up currently that plays all day and night. It would then deactivate the current “day” pop up and automatically activate the “midnight” pop up for the time that the its supposed to be active. And then said “day” pop up would then reactivate itself.

Is there a way one can add active and deactive times to the current pop ups?

So for this to work i would set the “day pop up” to be active from 05:01AM until 23:59PM . And make the “midnight pop up activate itself at 00:01AM until 04:59AM

Is this possible?
