 * I have only 4 extensions available to me:
    – page builder – backup – SEO – analytics
 * Porfolio and Calendar are not available. I have updated to 2.5.2

 * Activate a default WP theme and all the extensions should be visible in the list.
   I think you theme is hiding other extensions because they are not supported. 
   Also better contact the theme author and ask why the extensions are hidden.

 * It looks like Calendar is not supported in this theme:
