• I recently purchased a new WP theme from ThemeForest and once I activated it I lost my website. All that is being returned is a blank white page and an HTTP error 500. I can’t access any of my site’s information on my dashboard, it keeps saying “make sure Jetpack is up to date” but when I try to click on the link to update it I keep getting the same blank white page. Help, I have no idea what’s going on??

  • I’m sorry, but as you’re using a commercial theme, we ask that you speak with your theme’s authors or vendors for support. After all, that’s part of what you paid for. Here, we only support themes that were obtained from the official WP.org theme repository.
