 * When I’m trying to check if a particular plugin administration function exists(
one of those that are defined in: **installDir/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php**)
with _function\_exists()_ I get negative results. For instance _var\_dump(function\
_exists(deactivate\_plugins))_ results in bool(false). That makes me think that**
installDir/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php** file is not included when I try to
check its existence. Can anyone shed light on how to make plugin administration
   functions work?
