 * hi,
 * i cannot seem to activate “related posts” from the Jetpack page in your Dashboard.
   the is no button, no anything that can activate it. Also, i cannot activate other
   plugins, such as “comments”, “Enhanced Distribution” etc.
    what can i do?

   automatically enabled for you, to allow you to use all the features that do not
   require a connection to WordPress.com.
